Director    Producer   Performer
Welcome!

So, here we are talking about me.  Born in the Bronx, pretty much says it all.  Theater has been a lifetime passion and, after performing in over 20 original Broadway productions, working with some of the best directors and choreographers in the business -- Michael Bennett, Hal Prince, Stephen Schwartz, Marty Charnin, Grover Dale and Michael Kidd to name a few -- I now use their mentorship to inform my own creative endeavors.

If you happen to be connected to schools in the tri-state area, you might want to meet my History Alive company.  Birthed out of an original piece entitled Stratford Characters, written by CT writer, Steve Otfinoski, we knew these characters needed a continued life.  Now, these historically-accurate theatrical characters inspire students to be the best they can be - in spite of their limitations.

History, humanity and politics keeps my passion for theater alive and well.
Grounded in the Meisner Technique as an actor, Steve is available to dramaturge and/or direct your passion project.  He infuses all his work with humor and insight that only comes from a life well-lived.  He is especially drawn to politically-relevant projects needing a sensitive, yet strong, masculine drive.
